Thank you for all the good wishes. A night of sleep has already helped a lot, but I'll take it slow today. Which means I'll have a lot of time to think about my story! :D
ETA: I did a long-overdue reread of the first five chapters of my story and edited little details that don't fit the developed plot anymore. It only got 100 words longer in the process, but at least now it has fewer factual errors. ;D
